Room for everyone, water on every side

The house sits on a wooded waterfront lot on Orcutt Harbor, with harbor views from nearly every room.

The heart of the house is a glass-walled sunroom under timber beams, where the harbor fills the windows. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped, with a big island, and opens to the dining area. Three bedrooms and three and a half baths sleep up to eight.

Outside there are stone terraces with a grill and outdoor dining, lawns and gardens, and groomed trails that wind through the pines down to the shore.

Arrive by car or by boat

The property has a private deep-water dock, so you can swim, launch kayaks and paddleboards, or simply sit at the end of the float and watch the lobster boats come and go.

Orcutt Harbor opens onto Eggemoggin Reach and Penobscot Bay, some of the best cruising water in Maine. If you're coming by boat, email us about dock and mooring arrangements before your stay.

“We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and solitude. Having a nice comfortable house to return ‘home’ to was a nice change of pace in lieu of a hotel.”
